Be Vigilant at Polling Stations on December 7th – NPP’s Wilson Arthur
Mr. Wilson Arthur, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Wassa-East has charged polling station executives of the party to be very vigilant during the 2020 general elections. He argued that elections are won at the polling stations. He further called on the polling station executives to do their best to resist every form of irregularity since they can impact the final outcome of the election.
Irregularities such as multiple of the voting process, intimidations of all kinds, manipulation of ballot papers during or after the election as well as attempts by enemies of the electoral process to steal ballot boxes.
He made this known as the NPP Constituency Youth Conference, the first-ever in Daboase in the Western Region.
Mr. Wilson Arthur, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Wassa-East is the current District Chief Executive (DCE) for Wassa-East.
The event New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Youth Conference had other equally important activities including a procession in Daboase. Placards with inscriptions such as,” Four More for Nana to do More” were well represented. Others read “Four for Wilson Arthur” among others.
The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Wassa-East turned parliamentary candidate has completed many developmental projects in the area to improve the living standard of the people. Mr. Wilson Arthur is currently constructing a Cocoa House from his own earnings.
This is targeted at providing COCOBOD a place in the District to help boost Cocoa production and the activities cocoa farming “The Assembly will continue to supply Cocoa farmers with spraying machines”.He said.
Aseda Foundation Training Centre has also been tasked to provide employable skills to the youth in the area to help create jobs and reduce poverty.

Quarry mining will soon be commenced in Nsadweso and it is expected to provide up to about 5000 jobs with the help of the popular community mining at “Accra town”
The Constituency organizers were given thumbs up for a good work done in the 2016 election and they are expected to even do more for the party come December 2020.
