Kelvin Taylor in Trouble as Angry Judge issues arrest warrant
Kelvin Taylor one of the few daring Ghanaians who has been at the throat of the NPP let the government has an arrest warrant issued against him by Justice Eric Kyei Baffour.
The arrest warrant was issued at the Commercial High Court which was presided over by Justice Eric Kyei Baffour.
The arrest warrant according to information gathered by electionsinghana was directed to the major security institutions in Ghana thus the Inspector General of Police (IGP) for the Ghana Police Service, National Security and Bureau of National Investigations (BNI).
The warrant is to arrest Kelvin Taylor, the social media commentator who is to be presented in court to answer charges as to why for derogatory comments alleged to have been made by him against Justice Eric Kyei Baffour.
This arrest comes after his latest social media video reportage called “With All Due Respect” which was dubbed “The Men in Red.
The above video produced and released picked on Justice Eric Kyei Baffour, a Court of Appeal Judge. In the video, several allegations were made against the judge.
One of t such comment made in the said video was “Today I will tell you about the men in red, yes, the men in red and how some of them have been compromised”.
Other issues Kelvin Taylor spoke about include the assertion that Justice Eric Kyei Baffour had been promoted to be used to prosecute former officials in government.
He also called on Chief Justice, Justice Anin Yeboah to do all within his powers to investigate his allegations and that, should that not be done, tapes to confirm his statements will be released into the public domain.
According to him the said audio tapes cover meetings had by with the some high profiled judges and some officials in government.
Other allegations he made indicated that Justice Eric Kyei Baffour had built a new mansion recently, has become too powerful and rich in a short while. He added that Justice Eric Kyei Baffour was working based on directives from the President and the National Security Minister Kan Dapaah.
