The Flag bearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Former President of the Republic of Ghana John Dramani Mahama has been busy in the Volta region of the country campaigning to win the highest office of the land in the coming presidential polls.
In an interview on Woezor tv, The Former president was asked about all the scandals that has happened in this current administration.
Mr. Mahama said there has been a chain of scandals in the country and he is ready to talk about them but the most shocking thing that has happened in this administration is the manner at which President Nana Addo, who is a lawyer
and knows better in terms of law than I do is handling these scandals.
Former president Mahama pointed out how the auditor general was sent on an unusual holiday,According to him sending the auditor general away is synonymous to sending the chief Justice away how will the country function, the laws will be dragged on the floor, there will be lawlessness, so with the auditor away the management of the public purse will be shut to few individuals and all investigation will be shallow hence the looting of the country’s resources.
He continued, when am voted into power in the coming polls I will investigate the PDS scandal especially when those involved in the deal closely related to the the President we can’t let ourselves down by leaving this scandal hang in the air.
